Most patients will receive some combination of:
Clinical nutrition – Individualized
dietary recommendations and supplementation when appropriate. Can include intramuscular and intravenous therapies.
Classical homeopathy –
Single remedies that are prescribed to stimulate the body to heal
itself .
Bio-therapeutic drainage –
Remedies that promote detoxification and a return to normal physiological
function.
Herbal medicine – Medicinal
plants in teas, pills or tinctures.
Physical medicine – Includes
hydrotherapy, injections, soft tissue work, naturopathic manipulations
and the Bowen technique.
Acupuncture – Fine needles
are inserted into specific locations in the body to treat disorders
from a Chinese medical perspective.
Lifestyle counseling –
May include recommendations about stress management, sleep, physical
activity and mental-emotional health.
