Cancellation Policy –
The full visit fee will be applied to appointments cancelled
with less than 24 hours notice.
Payment – Payment
for visits or dispensary items is due at the time of purchase.
Dispensary items must be paid for in full before leaving the
office.
NSF cheques – There
is a $25 charge for bounced cheques.
Fragrances – Please
refrain from wearing heavy perfumes or colognes on the day
of your appointment.
Phone consults –
Phone consults may be scheduled for follow up appointments.
Fees are the same as for in-office visits.
15 minute information sessions
– Any person who is not currently a patient of Dr. Wickland
may book a free 15 minute appointment to learn more about
naturopathic medicine and her treatment approach. Please note
there will be no therapeutic recommendations during the information
session. Information sessions may be cancelled with 24-hour
notice in the event that a regular patient requires the space. |

Initial Visit (1 hour) - $120
Initial Visit Extended (1.5 hours) - $150
Second Visit (1 hour) - $95
Return Visits
- 60 minute visit - $95
- 45 minute visit - $75
- 30 minute visit - $55
*Naturopathic patients doing a series of Bowen treatments will be charged $80/hour, not $95.
Bowen Technique
- 60 min - $80
- 30 min - $40
Phone consults over 5 minutes – by time, as per office visits
NSF cheques - $25

GST will be added to these
prices.
Visit costs do not include dispensary items.
Payment
is due on day of appointment.
